Who Am I?
A Tech-Savvy Business & Communications Strategist and Project Manager. It is occasionally suggested that I know something about marketing. There is some truth to this.
What Can I Help Your Company Do?
Make better, smarter decisions about technology projects and how they are managed. Put those decisions, and their strategic foundation(s), in writing for internal and external purposes.
Strategy? Did someone say strategy? Yes, strategy. Stra-te-gy. This is actually my starting place. Before technology came strategy. If you started with loads of technology and no particular strategy, click this emergency panic button here.
Anything Else?
Yes, specifically, I can help your company with the following:
- Business Plans: From facilitating team discussions and gathering information/research to the preparation of the final document.
- Investor Documentation: Talking to investors? Do you have everything you need to persuade them? Need some help with presentation materials?
- Speechwriting: I have also "ghost-written" speeches for a wide range of corporate and non-profit clients.
- Presentation Coaching: Upon request, I can help speakers build their confidence with a blend of the right materials, techniques and guided practice.
- Team Design: One of my favourite actvities is the management of cross-functional project teams. I really enjoy providing a collaborative framework for people with different skill sets and experience to work productively together. Watching a team move forward in some kind of useful, recognizable formation is very satisfying indeed.
- Marketing & Communications Materials: Articles for publication, newsletters, corporate profiles, web content, blogs ... you name it.
